Hello again it is me Cara and this post is going to tell you about my half term holidays. I hope you all had a nice half term too! On this post as you can see there is going to be some paragraphs that tell you what I have done and also some tips where to go in Newcastle next holidays! It will tell what I did for Halloween and loads more!
MY GRANDMA AND GRANDPA ARE COMING!
At the start of half term my grandma and grandpa came! Yay! We had lots of fun prepared for the holidays! We were going to go to:
- Centre for Life
- The Great Hancock Museum
- To a Restaurant
- We went to Town
- We brought Giulia to Nursery
- I went to my friends Halloween party
- We went Trick or Treating
AT HANCOCK MUSEUM
The first Museum we went to was called the Great Hancock Museum. In the Hancock Museum there were loads of different rooms with displays such as:
- Crystals and Gems
- Fossil Stories
- Hadrian’s Wall
- Ice Age to Iron Age
- Living Planet
- Anglo Saxons
- Explore!
- Mouse House
On the second floor the rooms were called:
- Ancient Egypt
- Roman Empire
- Ancient Greeks
- Planetarium
- World Cultures
WHEN WE WENT TO LIFE
The second Museum we went to was Center For Life which is a Museum and it is next to Newcastle train station. Every Halloween Life have some special activities for children such as:
- The skeleton trail
- Make a creepy monster
- Monster show
- Show about Satellites
- Lego creations
- New play zone for under 7s and many more!
My sister Giulia and I loved making a monster. We both made zombies my one was a pirate and Giulia’s was a normal one. We all had lots of fun!
We also loved the incredible Lego creations and some were nearly as big as me! Here are some images of us at Life.
