Yummy new recipe – Tiramisu!

Welcome back to my blog. Today I’m going to be sharing a yummy new recipe – Tiramisu! Here is how you can make it :

Method :

  1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites
  2. Add sugar, ground almonds and mascarpone to the egg yolks and mix until thick and creamy
  3. Meanwhile whisk egg whites in a separate bowl until light and fluffy
  4. Carefully fold in the egg whites into the rest of the mixture
  5. Prepare a coffee and put into a small bowl
  6. Get the savoiradi biscuits and dip them into the bowl of coffee (they should be moist not soggy)
  7. Then get the dish you will be using and place the biscuits at the bottom (one layer)
  8. Then add the mixture (not all of it) on top of the biscuits
  9. Repeat steps 6-8 as many times as necessary (I do it twice)
  10. Then get dish (with some sort of lid) and place in fridge overnight
  11. The next day, dut with cocoa powder and ENJOY!!
