Welcome back to my blog. Today I’m going to be sharing a yummy new recipe – Tiramisu! Here is how you can make it :
Ingredients :
- 5 eggs
- 2 packs of savoiardi biscuits
- A few spoons of ground almonds (my secret ingredient)
- 2 pots of Mascarpone
- A cup of coffee
- 100g of sugar
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Method :
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites
- Add sugar, ground almonds and mascarpone to the egg yolks and mix until thick and creamy
- Meanwhile whisk egg whites in a separate bowl until light and fluffy
- Carefully fold in the egg whites into the rest of the mixture
- Prepare a coffee and put into a small bowl
- Get the savoiradi biscuits and dip them into the bowl of coffee (they should be moist not soggy)
- Then get the dish you will be using and place the biscuits at the bottom (one layer)
- Then add the mixture (not all of it) on top of the biscuits
- Repeat steps 6-8 as many times as necessary (I do it twice)
- Then get dish (with some sort of lid) and place in fridge overnight
- The next day, dut with cocoa powder and ENJOY!!
Here are a few picture prompts that I took when I made mine :
